• Purchase new or gently used books,  that can enrich the cultural opportunities available to the people of Hawai’i by maintaining a current inventory in the bookmobile

• Support literacy programs for new born Keiki by providing "Baby's First Book" to new parents

• Support Heluhelu Quiz Bowl - an Island wide reading competition
